I've been using it as a yard decoration for a few years, now it's a space feeler upper in my garage. When i get it done though i'm a weekend warrior, mud and sand. _________________ My build:

Mine leaks all over the street. its a great collector of spider webs. i've had it for about 8 months and have yet to drive it far. I have alot of parts to go in it sitting in my garage... anyone want to come over and put them in? _________________ www.berginsauto.com |

Still building mine. It will be mild street use since I live 11 miles from work in the middle of the Arizona desert. I am also getting it ready for the Whiplash Series next year to race it. Then occasional trips to the dunes and Ocotillo. |

Purely off-road sandrail, once a month or more to my local dunes, every trip I can muster to the Oregon Dunes usually 3-5 times a year, and 3-5 days at a time. _________________ 2006 RAM 1500 HEMI 4X4 92 LT250

I voted mostly dirt. Our rail doesn't have a windshield, runs 3 rib tractor tires on the front, and recapped 31's on the rear. Its no pleasure on the highway
If we take it on the street, its usually 10 miles or so to a cruise in or to get a burger. Its mostly trailered to the woods and driven hard there.
Its worth noting that the riding areas we have in Florida, we HAVE to have a tag and insurance to play. _________________ "In any racing engine, the nearer you are to it disintegrating, the better it's performance will be"

Mine's a fair weather daily driver. Most of the trails are too much for my paint. I'll have to build a beater soon. |

eventualy i'd like to get it tagged for the street, or atleast get offroad stickers for the mountains.

one is for playing in the yard and woods around the house and it is taken to the offroad parks. mud and trails. not street legal.
the other will be used for trails and hunting. plans are to make it street legal.
both are used when my wife gets stuck in the driveway. |

75%----25%
Mostly street use but some offroad. On the road since 9/07 and I've put ~ 2200 miles on it but add about 15% to that because the large front tires have the speedo off quite a bit.
Runs to the local hardware store
Offroading
Yep...it gets muddy

i just put in a 1/2 and 1/2 vote, but it decorates my father-in-laws yard right now and for a couple more years yet, school first then the job to pay for the build after that. (lifted "Class 11" style Ghia) _________________ (o=|=o) Life before play... Damn! it's gonna be awhile. |

is street baby right now... but should be our all around get us in and out of the woods vehicle by spring. Gonna put a back seat and a top rack on it and take the kids back-packing. We like to drive as far as possible in, then hike as far as we can go and spend the night. _________________ ---

Once every never I take it to get burritos or somthing... its registered, but no fenders, no blinkers, wipers or horn... yet anyway.
Its happier in the dirt anyway.

Mine is a 50/50 driver. We have alot of dirt roads where I live. Plus I use it on the farm chasing cows and getting back in the woods to fix fences. _________________ I suffer from a serious disorder : Volkswagenitis |
