I undercoated the pan using the Rustoleum Roll on product.. Pretty good stuff, garage was full of fumes for 2 days..

The Beam installed...

Brake lines were a big pain in the butt... Had to search hard for pictures of how to route them..

I was going to put down the tar mats. After doing some research I found out that moister is a big issue, so I'm going to get some Hurculiner and use that..

Keep at it! Your going an excellent job! Keep up with all the pics. That way you will be able to go back and reference in the future if you think you forgot something.

Looks nice, you've done a lot of good work on it so far. How did you remove the body from the pan? Did you do it by yourself?

I got my neighbor to help me take it off. It's heavy, 2 people can do it but 4 would be ideal..

Me too. I was quoted 400 dollars to do my F250 pickup frame. I'm gonna look around more.

I've been working on it for about 6 months, but I was on hold for about 5 months looking for a seat belt mount that I could not find.. So total work time is about a month.. I think I should be able to complete the pan section in about 2 weeks... Hopefully.

I should have the front section complete tomorrow if I can get the bushings reamed.. Tomorrow I should get the front brakes complete, finish the pans and I might get the wheels powder coated.

Great looking work you are doing. Reminds me of all the different stages for my 67. I have about the same time in as you and you are just a few steps behind me. You should be done in a could weeks, I have a roller just 1 thing holding me up, I need to repair a broken clutch tube.

Great job!
