Good base
Looks like someone really worked this thing
I posted the an engine question from the bug in the motor section. The Po saidit was a 2038 ?
Gonna strip it and replace the pan and paint it.
Once I pull the engine I will report back with any findings

Digging the late 90's Chevy headlight switch. Gotta use what you got I guess
Looks like a solid foundation. Gonna be a lot of fun when it's done _________________ Vehicles:

Yeah the PO must have had a "Source" for switches and stickers
My daughter looked at the bank of switches and just rolled her eyes
They rewired the thing and tried to update the fuse panel but its hard just looking at it what's what
I have a 70 that is untouched so will be robbing my missing parts of off
It
My favorite hack so far is a small on/off toggle with a threaded rod stuck on the steering shaft for a turn signal |

Not a bad starting point if the price was right. Does it run and drive or is it Dead on arrival? |

might as well pull the axles and tubes and change everything while you're in there and check the shims. _________________ Herc |

Before you get to heavily invested into project, I would get a clear title to car....
Title issues can be a real gruesome thing and ruin whole project when you find out after all the work is done you can not put it on street ...
Would be shame to find out its only a "parts car"...

Well stripped the interior and found some pretty tough rust and damage to the parcel tray. I think we are going to salvage the baja parts and put it on a 70 sedan we have in the back yard
Will have to look up the faqs and find out about cutting the front up |
