No m code plate to photo, it was cut. I'll post vin after title gets here. With no overriders on the front or rear bumpers, would this be a euro model?

SantaCruz, did this come of the San Diego area? This looks a lot like SV2's member Russell Miller's 59 15. Was it black on the top and a really dark purple on the bottom???

I bought from a guy named Doug in Riverside. I don't believe he owned it that long. I'll try to dig up a old picture of it I found on the samba.

Yeah, that was my 15 window for about 12 years, I bought it as an empty shell, put it together and drove it 100,000 miles or more.
I really miss having it and would like to know if you decide to sell it.

Will do Russel! I really like the thick coating you had the front beam. I decided to keep the rear facing seat just how you had it, only with a new wood base for the seat to sit on.

Here is one you missed, even missed the add when I had it up for sale in 2010.

I don't have any other information on this one anymore other than I got it out of Del Rio, Texas and drove it for a while in Yuma, AZ. I got transferred to Erie, PA in late 2007 took it with me and continued to work it making it the way I wanted it. In 2010 I went through a divorce and had to sell, I will spare you the wonderful details, but it was supposed to be "the bus" I was going to keep. Oh well.

It was a late 63, walk through, Turkis / Blauweiss 6 pop out window bus. I sold it with the complete interior and it was solid. It went to a known flipper, in the UK and I have not seen anything about it since. It was a bit of dark period in my life and I totally got out of VW's again, but its like I said you don't quit VW's they quit you. I really miss this bus though and would like to see current pics of it if anyone on here has it.

From original pictures sent to me from seller.

I had an add posted in 2010 probably May or June of that year, Everett if you could recover full size photos of the add I would like to get a hold of them as the computer that had all my photos of the bus crashed and I lost all of them.

I will not post up the VIN info since it isn't my bus anymore. Also I know where two more are, both late 15's. No I wont share that info, neither are for sale.......yet.

Thanks to Everett here are some of the pictures I had in my add when I had to let it go.
