I came across some Hehr jalousy windows and was wondering what they are for. They are exactly the same style as used on SO42 Westys but not as tall and they have square corners. The difference in height is that they don't have the narrow stationary piece as on Westy style. other than that everything is the same size and style. Anyone know about these?

They are cut in windows for any camper or camping trailer.

I've seen those cut into some of the other then Westy campers, Caravels come to mind. I also see them in vintage camping trailers.

I've seen Hehr windows on everything from camper shells for pickups, to pull trailers, to vans, to outdoor and patio sheds, as well, and doors on motor homes and trailer park coaches, among a few.

Those windows are on my 1966 Sundial Camper. They have a little awning over each of the windows. I guess with the normal Westy Hehr window, there's no need for that since the top immovable pane serves the same purpose...?

Here's the thread on that bus....

Anybody have any of these laying around? The 3 pane camper conversion kind? I'm looking for 2? Please?
