Your bus shows exactly what lizard can do. His work is good and he's a hell of a good guy too, he helped the folks out big time and would let him work on anything I had

i want everyone to know that i got my bus back from lizard today and i can't say how happy and satisfied i am with the outcome. Richard went out of his way to make sure everything came out great. Even by hassling those wheels. I can't say enough about his business and their work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves

What's up Lizard! This is Mike, I met you last weekend and just wanted to post a few pics of my bus that we talked about doing the rust repair on it. I will be in contact with you in the next month or so, but if you get some free time just hit me up through here and we can talk. Thanks, Mike

I just want to say a BIG thank you to Richard aka "Lizard" and Pancho for doing great work on my bus. Also I'd highly recommend Lizard Motor Sports to anyone needing work on your vintage VW. My bus was no small feat but Lizard got the job done and worked within my budget. The passenger side was rear ended and the PO just slapped tons of bondo, chicken wire, and who knows what in an effort to make the bus look decent. Both long and short rockers were jacked up, the drivers side door had spots that rusted through, and the nose had at least an inch of bondo forming the V. My bus is a bullet nose walk thru so asside from what I just described, this was just the bus I had been looking for. So I bought it knowing that I'd just have to find someone who can tackle the job. For the next couple months I purchased OG donor metal and Klassic Fab greenery. Well I just got my bus back today and I'm totally pleased with the results. These guys did an incredible job. Next stage is paint, which I'd be glad to give Lizard my business. Thanks again Lizard.

Big thanks to Lizard Motorsports and all his crew: Ben, Pancho, Jorge for the great job they did on my bus. The pictures speak for themselves, I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Lizard worked with my budget, got all work completed in a timely manner, and I would not hesitate to recommend or go back for any future work.
Muchas gracias Lizard!!! See you soon doggie

Really quick, went to lizards shop few months back and dropped off my 64 13 window deluxe after having the 21 window conversion performed at Grumpys metal. Mind you this is a fully restored bus that was in HOT VWS magazine. Was told by Richard that to do the paint and body work on roof only would be 1-2 weeks. Well almost 4 months later and dozens of excuses from my body guy is a meth addict and took the money I paid him and is gone to the inclement weather. I mean we are in a drought, how many flipping days of rain have we seen. So time comes to inspect and looks as if they painted the thing during a dust storm outside. So I took it as it was with the notion they would repair any issues. Less than 2 weeks after I ask Richard what they would plan on doing, and he had his body guy there and they said he refuses to do anything further, I get what I got. Then Richard recently sent me a text message saying verbatim the following: "hahaha I got my money I'm not mad, You Lost. Hahahaha".. This is the owner speaking to me like this. I paid $3500 and he thinks this is all a joke. I have saved all his texts messages and gladly will show anyone the correspondence I had with him and his true colors. He will have no problem screwing someone over. All I can say is from recent past experience please BEWARE and take note of my horrific experience.

If what you say is true, then that really sucks dude. Your outcome is completely opposite from the rest of his reviews. You spent a great amount of money and the outcome looks like crap. If you have all the paperwork and pictures to prove your case then I'd take him to court instead of just posting negative feedback on a forum.
