Does anyone know where to find a set of MBZ 16" CLK wheels for my vanagon? I've looked Craigslist, eBay, and Samba classifieds. Where else should I look?
Thanks in advance! _________________ 1985 Westfalia 1.9 WBX 2wd |

I saw a nice set of 4 a month ago on ebay for $250. The shipping to me was too much so I did not bid. _________________ '79 triple white convertible bug

I think the trick to finding these elusive wheels is patience. I've managed to find 3 sets in the last year or so.......Keep looking. _________________ 91 CARAT |

Keep checking E-bay. I picked up a set of four that were BRAND NEW from a Benz dealer that had them sitting since 98. I only paid $125 for the set, this was in the middle of the winter. |

I happened to notice a set came up on c/l a couple days ago for 250, (NJ) but it was with tires, and ideally you want w/out, since almost for sure you're going to need to ship em.
With just the wheels, two to a box, it'll cost about 70-90$ total to ship the set anywhere in the usa. _________________ One of these days I'm gonna settle down,

Thanks so much for eveyone's help! Nice links, Classicvibe. A few of those, I haven't seen. Hopefully I can get these soon...but I am trying to be patient, too.

Frankly, those rims look a helluva lot better on these vans than the original Mercedes. In the Mercedes community folks either love 'em or hate 'em. I'm in the latter camp. _________________ Casey--

They also come up from time to time on the VWVortex classifieds:
http://forums.vwvortex.com/zeroforum?id=804
The cool thing about their wheel classifieds is that they're sorted by bolt pattern.
You have to wade through a bunch of 19" staggered chrome Lamborghini repro's and the like, but the forged CLK's are on there sometimes, mostly on the east coast.
EDIT: Here's some:

I really appreciate how easily ALL the Big Kits fit inside these wheels.
That includes my 312mm Brembos with Dual piston G60s.
No grinding or hacking.
Get them if you can find them.

Has anyone found a set of these from a Mercedes dealer, or high end used car dealer? That seems to me like a good place to start asking.
