How can we recognize an original horn button for oval bug from a flat4 one ? Regards

I'm asking this question because i saw pictures of a flat 4 on thesamba and honestly i don't really see the difference.

I'm ok to say, keep vintage but it's just in order to be sure of not buying a fake !!!
