Empi Sportster Roll Call

I picked this one up in rural Nevada. It looks like an empi Sportster but has alot of things that dont go with the Empi plans. Im still trying to figure out the vin # (-1-1032475-)Any help on this would be appreciated.

A little, but Burros weren't built on a VW chassis and seldom had fenders. They always had an integral engine cage and other than the roll bar(which was bow-legged) were built almost completely with square tube. They were skinned with aluminum.

In a few hours I will be on my way to go pick up an EMPI Sportster that I found about 25 miles from my house. It even comes with a custom trailer that was built using the same lines as the Sportster. I will post some pictures as soon as I can.

I have been told that this has been a HOT VW featured car. The guy I got it from and the builder are looking for the issue.

Unilite distributor with vacuum advance
Scat C35 cam
041 Heads, solid rocker shafts,swivel adjusters, Chromo pushrods
Pro Street type 2 swing axle trans with rebuilt RGB's,from Rancho
RGB adapters by Bugzyla
king kink front end, with 4 bolt rotors and VW calipers
Hydraulic clutch pedal,Kennedy stage one clutch
Fabrication, assembly ,roll cage, paint and bodywork all by me

Here is my East Coaster

With Gold Wing Trailer

I'm Liking It with out Front Fenders.

Working on A Tilt winshield ATM

Been at a few Parades and made the local News Paper

It Is a 62 chassis and had a 59 36h motor and split tranz "hated non sync tranz" now its a 1500cc with NO #'s on it and A 67 swing axle tranz.
Titled as a 57
I drive it as much as possible.
