| Coz I am planning to convert to 4-100 bolt pattern, IF, it will not work at all, might as well not buy the torque meister. |

In the same way as you would NOT expect a 4x130mm wheel to fit on a 4x100mm bolt pattern, the TM won't fit "out of the box". Can you MAKE it fit?... a little cutting, a little welding... who knows?!
