Oh well, most Jets fans are also Mets fans, so this is nothing new.

Go PACKERS!! I'm a Cowboy fan so the last thing i want to see happen is the Steelers win a Stupor Bowl in a Cowboys stadium. If that happens, i will be very grumpy on Monday... _________________

I'm starting to get little wafts of bus stink coming from the north. Something about the unique scent of drivers seat padding when it's glued together with mouse piss and shit that really gets me going... and I'm smelling it! Oh yeah! Time to start loading up the equipment.

Side note to the NFL:
Please make sure the singer you hire for the National Anthem knows the words to it, in the correct order. That pissed me off.
So explain to me, NFL, how you can devote as much time as you did to the Declaration of Independence and all the jingoism that comes with it, but cannot find a singer that:
knows the words to the national anthem,
knows how to sing the song intelligibly,
knows to NOT make the song into something it isn't, like a R&B standard...
please, next year, hire the singer that does the national anthem at the United Arena, home arena of the Chicago Blackhawks, Jim Cornelison...

I agree. He sings it like it was written, and with some respect.
i have zero investment in the US national anthem but i totally agree. that was one of the worst renditions of the US national anthem i have ever seen and heard. maybe the worst ever. at least roseanne barr was funny. _________________ scott lyons

Its that time again fellas.. Football season is here.. Time to bump this thread back up to the top.. Where are your predictions set for this season?.. After all the B/S has settled.. well so far.. We had Pre-Season kicking off last week.. and now into the second games... Time to make some cuts.. We had the Eagles last night, and thanks to the Dog Catcher Mikey V.. and his three passes to our defense we made sure to capitalize on it.. Although just Pre-Season.. its good to squeeze them in.. Last week was a kick in the bells.. but its all good..
