This isn't really 'hunting' but this looks like a potential good deal. Someone should snag this, just posted in the classifieds:

If there was a "good deals" thread for baywindows, that is where it would belong.
Nice project bus for someone who is looking to get in at the ground level. _________________

My thoughts exactly.
Ad now says 'sale pending', I knew that one wouldn't last long. |

I haven't owned a bay window since the mid to late 90s, and I thought I'd never own another again, mostly due to peer pressure, until i saw this 78 panel right hand drive for sale near me.

Apparently I've been out of the bay window scene too long, And as I'm slowly finding out, everyone around me is doing it, and it's widely accepted now a days, Matt Cuddy's turned out to be a welth of information, today he took me to a yunkyard for a good ol bay window part's hunt only to get yelled at by the boss lady over the loud speaker as we were crossing the front gate because thee place was closed. Definitely the most unsuccessful parts hunt ever. _________________

i went for a drive today, from edmonds to granite falls area (1.5 hr drive) to meet with some buddies in busses who left about 3 hours before me for a weekend getaway packed with to much alcohol and drugs to have in three days....
well, i never actually found them (no service or directions) but i ran up a mountain (about a 1 hr up hill....ill post a vid sometime) and when i got back to the bottom, mad a wrong turn, ended up being someones driveway, and they had a 72 riviera sitting in the weeds, and when i knocked, they said they may be selling it soon and gave me a phone number to call back later.
as i got back on the road, a 78 (i think) rivi drove by, and i caught up with him, and we talked for a bit also....he had brought the bus up from being way to low, to nice and high with a bunch of sway bars under it and it looks awesome! (no pics )
anyone want to by a 72 rivi? comes with two motors...the guy says he blew the headgasket
i didnt bother arguing...i just took the number and ran. _________________ MINE - 1978 Westfalia ~ Maisy ~ FI, Hydraulic Valves, Electronic Points, 2.0 (NEED A SET OF HEADS, PM ME IF YOU HAVE A SET)
