My 70 Coupe, spent most of 2015 getting this barn find back on the road. Decided to do a "Cal Look" and a 1835 engine with big carbs. Now it's time to move one to a 914 Project. Not getting any buyers, I'm guessing the hot market is for unrestored stock or restored stock. Car runs great and always gets thumbs up and honks on every drive.

Wow, three of my all-time favorites lined up in a row! That could be my 'entrance to heaven' scene. haha |

After several years, here is my 1970 Ghia running again. Bodywork to come later, need to make sure it's mechanically sound. |

Just throw one of those Alfa Romeo grills over that dent and call it a day.

Out and about downtown yesterday. Wish I had had a nicer camera with me, but still fun to get a shot in front of one of the murals that was recently painted. |

My '58. In my unabashedly biased opinion it's tough to beat the curves and lines of a lowlight KG.

Hello all!
Just picked up my very first Ghia today. Here it is. It is a 1971. It looks like the interior might have been redone at one point, and the steering wheel looks to be not original. I would ultimately like to make this original as possible, so any things that could be pointed out as not original would be appreciated.
Thanks!

You should start a real topic, you will get a better response.
But quickly..
Everything blue in the interior, (dash, door panels). Missing "knee pad" under dash. Rear bumper needs towel rails and guards and supports. Pinstripe? not original. Front and rear window rubber is Cal Look, missing alum trim. Outside rearview mirror. Steering wheel, as you mentioned. Carpet looks like gray astroturf in the pic. Obvious stuff on the engine, air cleaner, coil, dist., fuel pump, missing tarboard behind the shroud, does your deck lid have a rain tray? There is better looking, more original heater hose than the aluminum ones on there.
There is more, start your topic. _________________ GhiaBuild

Finally, after years of searching, I finally found a Ghia I can restore. This 1972 beaut was originally willow green and I plan on bringing back that original color
It's been sitting for a few years so I pulled the fuel tank and started the process of cleaning the tank and fuel lines. I plan on turning it into a daily while restoring it. Very happy to have found this site full of experts and information. [/img] |

Here's a 1960 Ghia Cabriolet that has a JUDSON engine I built for its current owner in Anchorage, Alaska.
Owner is going to install an accessory Fram oil filter now. Cheers Loco's Mr. Okrasa
