My 71, purchased about 17 years ago in L.A. after my Ford died for the last time. We had just moved to California and my wife thought I was crazy for buying it since it was my only car. I drove it daily for a year back and forth to work so I was motivated to learn how to fix things. Just getting back into working on it after many years.

Very clean driver jmoVW71. I love the interior of it because of how you can see the painted firewall. That is probably how i'll do the inside of mine Smile

All these Ghia's... dropped versions w/low profile tires, the Low Light Ghia's. Def a Ghia education!

Gonna be getting my Dad's '74 Zambezi Green vert going in 5 months.

Some old racing ghias they sorta low. I am not sure if I am a fan of the cut fenders or not Confused . Either way they were not built for looks. Nonetheless they still are interesting Very Happy

Does anyone have any info on theses ghias and or other ghias that are like these? Deacon (or something like that) ghias?
