This bus was painted in red epoxy primer after welding in patch panels (not by me). So I took down the epoxy primer to bare metal
and added my filler and sanded smooth. Wherever there was bare metal still showing after that I sprayed with this etch primer.
The etch primer is on bare metal and some spots of body filler. Can I prime over this with my 2k high build primer or do I have
to remove this etch primer?

you can prime over it.
just make sure of course that you sand it a bit for adhesion.

Cool thanks for the reply. So I guess it's ok that it is over body filler then? And how long
can the etch primer stay there until there some kind of moisture or adhesion problem
occurs? I don't think I am going to prime it for a couple of weeks.

well from what I recall, you shouldn't be putting etch on body filler for the same reasons you don't acid rinse after there's filler on there. It can soften it.
