| engine is been sitting for two year and would like to make sure in good condition they had finished rebuilding it. I look and it has fresh clean oil dual carb 1776 scattified. Should it be easy to to turn with a wrench and if it doesnt,what could it be? |

| problem found some how even thu the engine was under garage the lady of the house found the way to get water down one of the carbs basiacally flooding piston chamber, and rust been the reason for piston been stuck,,,, |
