Nope.
I was just reading the whole thread through and either you are born metal worker or you do that for living.
Most people take at least 10 years in business to reach that level of part manufacturing.
I'd bet you could to those doglegs by yourself if you had measurements and/or model.
How about the old ones, do you still have them, for models, not for use?
Anyway, keep up the good work! _________________ Kharon -- '63 typ14, '61 typ2, '65 typ34

Thank you very much for replies, i'm not alone!
I got lot of news, i will leave the best for the end.
Rear floor stamped and fitted into cargo. Will weld after make and weld all jack points.
Here few pictures:
Other good new: i already purchase both doglegs on cip1.com I hope all goes well and have not too much problems to receive the shipment. I should receive them tomorrow, but flights are cancelled or late for volcano ash...
And the best is off topic new, the best of all my life: I'm going to be dad!!
I'm feeling like in heaven, my wife, family of both parts, everybody is very very happy.
So i have 8 months to have the bus at least running if i want to carry she to hospital on february, for born date Could i do that?
Thank you very much to everybody! _________________ Restoring "La Macarena"! |

Thank you very much, i'm learning body work with this bus! The next one should be easier i think
I got the older doglegs, but they are really damaged, previous owners just weld layers and layers of any sheet on them, so rust eat all inside those layers.
Btw, i already bought both doglegs on cip1. Payed more for shipping than items, but i think it will worth it!
Thank you! _________________ Restoring "La Macarena"! |

Congratulations! This is the best news of all. The way you work, yes 8 months is very realistic. Make sure you take plenty of pictures of the event. It will be great to see your family many years from now going to the hospital in the bus! |

Quick update, i'm making the jack points. I'm making them on four pieces because the machine can't bend the small part where outrigger fits.
First i cut and bent some test pieces in 20 gauge sheet, before start to make them all on 14 gauge.
Starting to look good so far...

Wow man!!! Incredible work you've done so far. Can't wait to see the finished product. Looks like it will be stronger than when it left the factory.
Congratulations on the baby and keep up the good work. |

I'm back! I didn't write before because i received the doglegs, and i was very frustrated with them, they really are not the "Top Quality" that says on cip site. I felt like i was cheated, but what can i do, i can't return them. So i leave them apart and finished the jack points. After took a breath, returned to doglegs, and started the hard job of fit them.
The finishing is very bad, they are made of 4 pieces, overlapped and spot welded. Definitively don't like how it looks, and how you can cut your ass when step out your vehicle, so i put hand on job and enhance this crap.
All spot welds finished like knifes...
Perfect finished product
Let's try to make it look better:
