Merry Christmas everyone! Santa hooked it up with with some Rugged Radio headsets. I'll be able to talk with the passenger now, and listen to music

I'll be trying them out this week, as well as getting some more pictures and videos. Happy Holidays!

Got a lot of footage over the week, I have two videos right now and I'm going to put together a long one of all the footage hopefully in the next few days

Here's a video of the front suspension (for the hook-and-rod info)

I thought it was cool to see the steering working too. A picture of how I had it mounted

Rear suspension video

These are a couple more places I had the camera mounted, I'll be compiling and editing all this footage soon

Started working with tubing in class, practicing for working on the cage

Also a question for any metal working guys:

I used a grinder to roughly notch out these tubes. There must be an easier way to it, what's the trick?

PS: Sorry I haven't had a chance to clean them up with the wire wheel yet

A couple pictures from the St.Patrick's Day Poker Run in Parker. The pivot bolt for the trailing are came out of the Pro Seatz baja and the entire arm dropped out of it's pivot. It was ugly...

Those houses in the back that you can see? Our houses. We didn't make it very far...

But 2 hours and a lot of work later we got the arm back in place and tightened everything up and the car made the rest of the 50 miles with no problems. Glad I had all the tools in my car.

I also got some cool footage with the GoPro. I'll put it together some time this week and get it on YouTube.

Bottle jacks? Are Hi-lifts not really necessary in the desert?

Looks like the eye on the lower shock mount got bent pretty good when that pivot bolt came out. How bad is it?
