So I got one of these for Christmas, installed easily in one of my spare dizzes, but all my coils have 0 resistance across the pos and neg. the ohmmeter reads the same as if I just touch the needles together. So I'm guessing I don't have a 3 0hm coil that the ignitor requires?

Set your meter to its lowest resistance range (usually 0-20 ohms) and try measuring the resistance of your coils again.

My cheap meter has only one setting, I'll take a couple coils to work and use the digital one. thanks for the suggestion.
