|
I have been customizing diecast cars for well over 10 years & here are the VW's I have done, for everyone to checkout. I will keep posting up the pics of all my VW customs on this post. I hope you enjoy them.
The first one I wanted to show off was from my 2nd wave of Anniversary cars that commemorated my 10th year in customizing diecast cars. This one is the HotWheels VW Drag Truck.

The last of the Anniversary cars was actually the first VW I did - the HotWheels Custom VW Beetle.

Another recent one I built for a contest sports a VW Notchback front end on it which features HotWheels & Maisto castings as well as many custom made parts.

Thanks for the great comments, they are appreciated.
Here is the Baby Bus (HotWheels VW Drag Bus) custom I made in 2006. It was also a show winner at the 2006 HotWheels Collector's Convention in California, it won 1st place in the custom contest.

Thanks guyz.......... I appreciate your comments!
Here is a HotWheels VW that I converted from a 4-wheel drive Baja Bug to a low ridin VW Bug.
Check out the pics & please let me know what you think.
I do take orders on any diecast customs, if anyone is interested. |

This is one I did awhile back. It's a Paul's Model Art Beetle in 1/43 scale that was disassembled, the paint stripped off and the body plated in 14 carat gold. It was then painted in translucent red with custom wheels added to create a redline Hotwheel split window VW in 1/43 scale.
