Wow, nice, vintage postcard photo taken in the western parking lot of the Nuremberg Bahnhof (train station) in the background the Hotel Victoria (which is still in operation) I worked in the cellar of the Victoria which was the
"Irish Pub" 1993/95.
 Brings back great memories, I parked my 56 Euro quite a few times in that parking lot when going "downtown", also dig that crazy 1955 U.S. Army Chevy in the right of the picture, it was rare to see military registered vehicles parked downtown, it was off limits to use a Army vehicle to travel into the city for personal reasons, so it must have been something important for the Army or someone was *screwing around* having a good time, with Uncle Sam's vehicle........they were more than likely bringing someone to the station or picking someone up? 
From the TUV changed 1962 taillights on that 1958 Beetle and the light colored U.S. Army tag, I would say that this is ca. 1964/5.
