im looking for a rebuild manuel for transaxles any help is greatly apprecitated. im thinking my problem is greater then expected |

well if i can get a manual then i at least can see what i am up against and see what i have and will need for tools.. i aslo have conections to some black simths whom are really good and may be able to make something up depending on whats what. |

The factory manual reprint by Bentley for my beetle has an extensive section on disassembling and reassembling the transmission, although not a rebuilding manual per se. I assume the one for your model, which is 466 pages long, probably has the same section:
