Hello - Got an 1980 Vanagon with no FI and a 2.0l engine. I put on dual carbs Empi pict 40's on it. As I noticed a couple of things. There is no vacuum advance on it and there is a hole that I need a breather box on it I guess, I even measured the hole so you could see the size, about an inch or so? Plus I am not sure if there are lower air cleaners for my carbs? Shorter that is.

What are my options? I included a few pictures.

Thanks in advance

You might be able to find shorter manifolds. Not sure what height you might need. Check with a place like aircooled.net, they are pretty savy on can be made to work.
