It is Ohio State. If you don't win, you are gone.

Is there a need to say anything more?

As an Ohio State grad, I can say without hesitation, that I don't care one way or another. The football program is what it is--yes, winning is the most important thing there, and, specifically, winning the game against a team, the exact name of which escapes me due to its insignificance. Some kind of rodent as a mascot.

College sports is pretty much corrupt. It's not just Ohio State, although they and some others in the Big Ten and elsewhere are on the cutting edge.

I get the biggest kick out of reading an article where they talk about some college sports star going pro. WTF they are already pro.

I'm living where Tressel won his first 3 national championships (Youngstown State) while I've been here and I was raised in Columbus... he has always projected a professional attitude. He i seen as a god still in YTown as well in Columbus based on his winning and his apparent "professional and ethical" views. He needs to
'put his money where his mouth is' and resign.

So for all of you scarlet and grey in the Buckeye Nation... who would be your "dream" coach in 2012 to replace Tressel?

As much as you'd think it would be pleasurable seeing that sanctimonious asshole get his comeuppance, and disgrace brought to those annoying fans in Columbus, it isn't, because it's also bad for the Big Ten and all college football.

What is really unbelievable is the people that say, "Oh, he's a good man who made a mistake, he did great things for OSU". He's not a good man, he's a liar. He gave his word, signed his name, and lied. You don't want a liar as a clerk at 7-Eleven, and you sure can't have it in someone who is supposed to be a role model and representative of your university.
