Hello all,
I haven't posted much, just trying to figure the peculiar little creatures out.
First the car, its a '70 sedan. PO put 3/4" sway bars front and rear, it has a full set of gauges (oil pres/temp, cyl head temp, tach) and had a 1776 in it until someone overtightened the oil pressure sender and cracked the case. Now it has a 1500.
I originally wanted to do a volksrod, with an 8" beam extender, 2 1/2" drop spindles, etc. But now that I think about it, I'm thinking Baja since we're so close to the beach. I was thinking of going with the narrow headlights and going fenderless also.
Where's a good place to shop for the fiberglass? Also, any Bajaer's in Houston?
Also, it has a really nice cloth interior, but I want more Spartan and waterproof, is there any value to my interior on the used market?
Any help appreciated. I've used the search, but "Baja" was too short to search on ...
