Hi Pedro,

Thanks for going through the fabrication efforts! I think a chrome finish would be really cool. Also, what diameter metal tubing stock are you using? I guess I was expecting a smaller-diameter tube similar to your parcel tray guard in fastbacks ( http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_ZsI7Y6k3jDc/Rm22ZYXWAcI/AAAAAAAABys/fMJpfknq3Fw/s1600-h/P1050028.JPG) and the jail-bars in busses ( http://aircooledaccessories.com/#/jail-bars-split-screen/4542963527 ) . The diameter of the tubing in the picture you provided seemed a little thicker, just my opinion. Cheers!

im using 1/2 tubing
same dia. of my roof racks and color

buses use 3/8 but has a center post because 3/8 bends easy

and we trying NOT to drill holes

I will see what can I do
I will get a quote for triple chrome

I think the diameter is fine as well...it's 1/8" difference.

I'm interested in the chrome version of these...they'll look great in my parts stash. Embarassed

i already try it with N52

the side pieces are hold by N52s

think when you CLOSE or SLAM the rear door

NEEDS to be screw

I don't know if it makes any difference but I don't slam my rear hatch. Can you share any pics?
