It's where the ignition switch goes on a Brazilian bus, same switch as a splitty locking column. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

So its just the back side of my ignition switch? Should there be a cover? _________________ 1960 Bus Panel/Camper |

Does anyone know where to get this other than the link posted. They want 22$ just to ship this part. Anyone order from here?

It'd be number 2.
Bus depot has no idea what I'm talking about. And I can't find it elsewhere. _________________ 1960 Bus Panel/Camper |

I'd have no problem paying 30$ for the part. It's the 22$ shipping for that little piece that I don't want to pay. I believe the link I posted is the same thing. I might give them a call tomorrow.
I messaged the seller through the classifieds awhile ago and never got a reply. I know they are a company but you'd think if he listed it, he'd reply here. _________________ 1960 Bus Panel/Camper |

I believe this is the exact part I need. I have the connections in my wiring for the spades on the back. I'm gonna email him and see. I've bought my throttle and clutch cable from him because they are Brazilian specific lengths.
I'll update the thread with his word. _________________ 1960 Bus Panel/Camper |

The part from VW Antigo is the correct part for my bus. He emailed me back and said yes. The company deals in some Brazilian specific parts. _________________ 1960 Bus Panel/Camper |

The wires on the Brazil switches are removeable if you have to (say for a split bus), the're attached with spade terminals rolled around the wires, straighten them and instant spade.
I'm not sure what the bitching is about, I paid $50 or $60 for the last one 10 years ago and some shipping on that, ever priced regular baywindow ignition switches? Shop around, there must be someone who will ship in a $5-$7 flat rate box. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.
