Here's my 68 Square in 1975.
Does anyone know what brand the rack is?
I'd like to find one.

Great photos!
It looks like the rack I used to have for my '63 Squareback:
I don't know the maker or the source.
I found it on this site a long time ago and later sold it at a S. CA show to a guy visiting from Germany. He shipped it back there as far as I know.
This is the only one I have ever seen.
Who knows, could even have been the same one... _________________ How to Post Photos

Ok old post from the past, but when I went to www.pedroracks.com, it brought me to a diet pill ad page!!! I have one of the original VW that fastens to the roof, but after spending all I did on paint and stuff, I don't really want to drill holes in the roof. That style screws to the roof.... Idea's?? |

Yeah, Pedro got out of the rack business.
Your best bet is to either keep an eye out in the classifieds, or look into building your own. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I do have a US market rack I just don't wanna put holes in my roof. Just spent over $5k on body/paint. Wonder if it can be glued on effectively? I only want it for show and maybe a cooler or something. |
