I just went back to the beginning of this thread...I still can't believe this is your first project. You've done some amazing work, my man.

On a side note...that last pic says it all. Bad ass wheels...your rockin' an oval...and the scenery...yep, I'm doin' it all wrong. Not that Ohio sucks or anything. Rolling Eyes Ok, it sucks.

I do Patty B, now thinking back would I have bought the original car Rolling Eyes ???? Hell no! But this was a HUGE learning experience so next go around (becasue there will be another go around), I will not make the same mistakes I made the first time.

Kind words that are well deserved. I always appreciate it when people keep these cars that I love alive...when they take them to the next level, it's even better. I've seen some of the folks that have been dropping in on this thread, so I know you've been in good hands along the way. That's what it's all about too...meeting cool people and enjoying the ride.

Did a modification to the frost vents I saw a freind doing to his car and I though it was cool. Don't need frost vents in the Virgin Islands! lol

You should put Vert vents in the deck lid to help that motor breath.

I have a set I can sell for a good price. There the period correct weld in's if your interested they come with a template where to install them. Looks like welding isn't a issue for you and they look bitchen once installed.

My motor is finished. Just a few things to button up and we start her up tomorrow. I think it came out the way I wanted I'm goona change the distributor cap to black though.
