Desperately seeking a purple Thing I saw for sale several years ago. It was last in Oakland, CA. If anyone knows where it is, please email me ASAP. Thanks!

That's funny Captain.....Why would you "desperately" seek a car that you once saw for sale?

so the blonde comment struck me of some lyrics from a song

So I handed him my keys and said here take her for a spin
the old man scratched his head, and then he looked at me and grinned
He said son, you just don't understand
it ain't the car I want
It's the brunette in your Vette that turns me on

Or the guy/gal coud just be looking for an old Thing they owned that left an impression!

I've got a glass buggy in my history that often leads me to go looking. Funds wouldn't support getting it back right now though...
