Hi
I have an early middle seat for my 58, with mango material in very good order. I am having the seat recovered in a black material as original. What sort of value would the original material be worth
Cheers
Dave

Dave,

I haven't seen anyone say anything here yet, so maybe I can be of help.

From what I know there isn't any bamboo used in Bus seats. Are you referring to the coconut fiber seat pads commonly called "horse hair pads"?

If so, here are a few threads to look at:

It depends on the condition but I believe I have seen people selling seat covers for around $200 US in the past.

I found an ad from 2012 for a Mango Bus middle seat cover for $175.
Also another ad for $225.
Actual sales prices unknown
