My full time job is Mom and domestic engineer, but I also wait tables and work "member services" at a golf course/country club/fitness club to help pay the bills. My domestic engineer gig includes household/auto/appliance repair as well as chef de cuisine, CFO, head of housekeeping and laundry services... |

Still a full time technician at an independent VW/Audi shop.
But I work on my house and yard when I'm not at work (or working on the vanagon). Have about 1500 square feet to garden next year, always renovating my house (kitchen almost done! and bathrooms up next). Unfortunately the $yncro lives up to it's name and takes the majority of my time and money, but I have tons of other hobbies too.
Just started collecting tools to start hand building custom bicycles. Getting excited for that! _________________ 1986 Canadian Syncro Westy TDI - 1989 Syncro Single Cab - 2001 Audi S4 - 1981 VW Caddy ABA - 1980 VW Caddy EV - 1973 VW T-181 |

I used to sell VW's, Audi's and a Porsche here and there.
Now back where I belong. IT wonk in a basement server farm. I work with one other person 12 hours a day. 4 on, 4 off, 3 on, three off. It works for me.
Happily. _________________ '85 Vanagon Westfalia |

Didn't Dobzhanky explain that all biologists were evolutionary biologists? |
He did, but surprisingly few biologists recognize that fact. |

There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,

That's funny, I also have a job at a large logistics/transportation company as a systems engineer. I think maybe I've seen your van out in the lot if it is gold... _________________ 89 Syncro Westy - GW 2.5, now with a double knob job
