Sounds great Pete!!! Patrcik ut sounds like we will have the entire drivetrain and suspension and Wheels here by the time you get down here next weekend!!!!! Cool
Also the cost of the wiring harnes for Patricks bus is right around $ 252 from Wiring Works. We use them for all our restorations and they are very nice and have been real accurate.
Robb got your rear corner cut off from where it was brazed and pop rivited in place years ago! And got it all cleaned up and ready to weld back into place. I finished seting yor right front door gaps and got the A pillar welded in solid then removed the old left side A pillar and welded the new gersone one together and got it tacked into place.
Just about ready to weld in the front inner valance and then the outer lower nose skin!!!!! And then the front floor!!!!!

Thanks Paul, This build will be getting some attention and making good progress here!!!!!
Patrick , Robb spent the day on your rear end again!!!!! Laughing
He got the rear frame all straightend out where it had been slammed years ago and never repaired properly. He then got your right side structure realigned and tacked into place and fitted like its supposed to. Your rear frame and structure is now nice and straight and just about ready for some sheet metal to be reinstalled!!! Laughing

Patrick,
I got a good half day in on your bus today! I got your right side dog leg together and tacked in place and then prepped the front frame and rear and got your lower inner valance welded in to place and then finished cleaning up the front floor area then shot everything with a good coat of weld thru primer then prepped your front floor and got it all plug welded into place!!!! Shes looking good and solid in the front area now!!!!!

How did the KF lower nose panel fit? The 'V' looks a little off to me in the photos? I have heard others say that it's not the correct width....Great progress by the way....

Thanks for the props guys we really apreciate it and it helps us keep motivated on our projects,

Buseric, Yes the V stamping is a little off on these sections but definetly not enough to gripe to much! And yes you cn see in the pics and thats why I havnt welded it up fully yet, I will go back and do a little slicing and dicing to align it up and she'll be perfect! Cool

Matt, We are located at 19240 Townline Road, Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895
It is right off of Intersate 75 about 1 hour north of Dayton Ohio, Give me a call sometime 419-236-9781 we would love to have you stop by. Very Happy

We had another good day yesterday on Patrick bus.He got his old beam all tore down and the trailing arms cleaned up blasted and painted and misc little peices to go on his new beam. He also got his front seats all stripped and ready for blasting and paint. His headlights dissasembled and parts blasted and lots of other little misc things wrapped up. I got both cargo door bottoms repaired and then rebuilt/repaired the lower hing and corner of his drivers door. Joel then stripped the paint off bith of the cargo doors and got them ready for final sandblasting. I also repaired one of his floor crossmembers, and other misc weldig needed. Overall a great weekend and it was a pleasure to have you down for the weekend to help out Patrick! Very Happy (by the way thanks for the Pizza & Beers) Cool
