Haha. Friends are dedicated to me Very Happy

anyways, it would be inevitable, with those clear tail lights, before a cop pulled me over, the stock lights with these lenses when i would have the brake light on, they would just shine white light. So they were sucky. So i bought 1157 LED lights from SuperLED.com. They are awesome. They come on fast. Very bright. And they make my lenses red and amber when running.

Really waiting on funds, i am selling a truck to earn some money, now that the sun is out over the PNW the grass has started to grow and i shall mow some lawns. quick little job i did today though:

Painting arms:

Outcome is pretty good. it was hard getting all the paint out the small places but they came out good. no runs or bubbles. I am starting to get handy with spray cans Laughing

This: Image may have been reduced in size. Click image to view fullscreen.

i took it off the body though because it needed a good scrubbing. Using a lot of force and then a rotary buffer you can get it to sparkel.

Last night my dad got my mom this:

You live in Puyallup? I live in Spanaway and work in Puyallup. I have a '67 project going, too. Mine is Zenith Blue, though.

I popped the rubber wipers off my Bosch wiper brackets and painted them silver too. Looks awesome. Very much like OG.

I believe the wiper arms on a '67 are the same, left and right (113955407D). The shafts do have a left/right.

Nice job so far, keep it up. Reminds me of my '67 I had when I was 18.
