if you go to www.maplegroveraceway.com and click on fan information and select camping 2012 it shows the rates and phone number for the campground. its $45 per night (4 people per site) $50 for a site with electric.

Plans are going on placing vendors into locations. If you are a vendor & you have not notified Maple Grove Raceway or the promoter, Gene that you are vending please PM me the name of your company & contact info so that we can pencil you in on the map.
VENDOR: a company that sells new products (ex. Acme, Smith's, 4ever Kustoms, AP Tuning, etc.)
SWAP: used parts & other car related stuff (aircooled, watercooled, etc)
* no need for swap people to contact, just pay at the gate & have fun.
If you are selling clothing you need to contact Maple Grove Raceway.
* I will attempt to post a list of vendors ASAP.

Glad to hear there will be some sweet swag at this show.
There is a different price for vendors vs. swap meet. MGR has rules about clothing & we don't want anyone to have any issues at the show. So talking to MGR prior will make sure there are no issues. I'd say just notify them you are selling clothing.
