I have an 1980 rabbit and I wana put a distributor in from an 88 rabbit. Just wondering how to wire it in. There's 3 wires and the 80 only has the one yellow.

One wire is green with a white stripe and the other is brown with a black stripe. The third is gray with a blue stripe but that wires into the water temp ground. Any body know whatever the other two go. I'm sure one goes to the coil pack. Not sure witch one and I'm thinking maybe the other might be a ignition wire.
