The wheels look like CMS paddle tire wheels.
Whether they are DOT approved or not is something you might look into.
There aren't many other wheels wide enough for that size tire.

The thing about a buggy is each one is built with the owners ideas....whether they copy parts from another buggy or not it is still a personal thing.

Take the good ideas....or the ideas you like from a bunch of different buggies you look at and make one your own.

That was the coolest thing about going to the Manx Club Big Bear Bash.......there were around 221 buggies there and not one is the same. Everyone puts their personal touch into them.

Here's one from our 2016 trip.....It's got fatties too.

There are lots of way to build your own buggy.....

I have been looking for that same top. The one on the Berrien site is a four passenger, not a standard shortened pan buggy top. Does anyone know if anyone still makes the shorter pan version of this top?

RE the video, I want those tires, are they still made or available, anyone?

Looks like an old Pro-Trac tread pattern?

No, they call it a four passenger top as it affords more headroom for rear seat passengers if you want to cram them into the back of a short wheelbase body. It is made to fit regular short Manx type kits,
