There is nothing quite like living in a melting pot. I Lived in Hollywood California for a little while and I had the time of my life.... Mediterranian food, armenian food, salvadorean food, mexican food, american food, cuban food, thai food, peruvian food, southern mexican food, greek food, puerto rican food, filipino food, chinese food, korean food, vietnamese food (yummy), italian food, new york style pizza, strip joint food, haitian food, lonchera food, sea food, station wagon tamales & champurado vendors etc. Soliciting suggestions on dishes and places I need to pay a visit to before I leave this incredible planet . Will travel for food...

I would die for homemade puerto rican arroz con pollo right about now. And when I mean homemade i mean the kind you go out to the yard, pick a chicken, bring it to pops, he snaps the neck and an hour later, voila arroz con pollo

For read meat lovers I almost forgot these joints. Brazilian Rodizios. They are steakhouses like no other. They bring slabs of red meat, humongus skewers and then slice them to your liking at your table. There was one in Burbank California that I frequented and their is one in Scottsdale Arizona I have to check out. Just make sure you go on an empty stomach.

For something other than your run of the mill dry pastrami try this soggy, tasty, juicy pastrami out of this little italian deli; EAST SIDE MARKET. Its a few blocks north of Sunset Blvd and about a half block west of the 110 Fwy around the Dodger Stadium area.

Ill throw this one out for those that play it safe no matter where. KFC in the carribean is the bomb. And it must be the same in the Phillipines because my wife makes it her first stop when she goes back home. What we get here in the states just doesnt compare.
