70 Empi Imp build rookie

I've been a huge fan of thesamba.com and have been reading the forums for a while. Made a huge rookie mistake and way overpaid for a chassis that i was told would fit my Imp from a well known sleazebag here on thesamba .

Long story short, i took my project to Tijuana Tom and he kicked ass and got me to the point where i could finish it with my limited experience. You may have seen my imp in his Manx 2 build thread (btw, Tom, how did you do on your deadline? ) Seriously though, Tom is one hell of a guy and i couldn't be happier with the work he did for me.

After a busy summer, i am finally able to get back to the project! I wanted to tap the vast knowledge base in the forums for some advice while i tackle this project. i have just abuot all the parts/accessories i need except for one thing: front push bar. i want to get as close as possibel to the original and i'm not a big fan of the options i've seen from the various vendors (including from manx store - great piece, just dont like the way it looks on the Imp. Any suggestions?
