Hi, either i'm having a "thick" moment or there's a problem with the gearbox. I completed one axle fitment with diff gear, thrust washer and circlip slotted in perfect. I then rotated the main driveshaft that the clutch sits on, in gear, and the axle doesn't move. I then just slotted the bear axle on opposite side and it doesn't move either. If i twist the one axle it rotates the opposite axle in the opposite direction which is correct. It seems there is no 'drive ' when i turn the main driveshaft , am i missing something?

Are you spinning the mainshaft or spinning the tire looking at the mainshaft? If you are spinning the tire you need to either spin both at the same time in the same direction or keep one from moving while you spin the other. If you are spinning the shaft and are positive its in gear you most likely have something sheared inside.
