April 21st Shady side dragway Shelby NC Friday night camping Saturday car show and Vw drag racing. Air cooled and water cooled heads up racing.
$10 For camping and show entrance
$15For camping and swapping
$20. For above plus drag racing your Vw!!!!Must be street legal
$20 For vendor spot!

Wow, Just heard this news.. Nice... Ive been wanting something close again for a while now. I sure miss Shuffletown. Ill try to make it.
Is any club/group hosting this event or is it a Shadyside deal?
Ill spread the word.

Ok I just talked to a local VW parts supplier. He told me that himself and some other local groups are hosting this event. Flyers will be distributed at "Swoogers" VW only cruise in this Saturday 3/24/12.
I hope to pick up some parts this week for Operation X, so Ill pick up a flyer as well.

BAP is a good 5hrs for those of us less than an hour from this show. i have been to BAP in the past. its a great show but with the price of gas among other things this show is a great fit for the locals. dont get me wrong, i would love to have every aircooled they could pack in the gate. dont forget that CYW in a couple weeks as well. so i had to stay home to justify CYW as a family trip in a couple weeks. so what im really saying i will be there. what time do you guys think it will end. i have a friend who has to work but wants to come later.
