| hey guys my trike front end is a 1982 kawasaki kz650 i think lol,anyway i want to get a stand alone speedo for it instead of using the stock setup that was on it,my problem is i want to order one off ebay or where ever but i wanting to know since the cable will fit on my front tire like its suppose to,how do i know what speedo to get so the other end of the cable will fit into it? or do u have other ideas for running a stand alone speedometer? thnx in advance bb |

| If you have an IRS, you can mount a chopper wheel on the CV and run an electronic speedometer |

| IRS is independent rear suspension. It replaced the swingaxle rear suspension in 1969. If your transaxle is 1969 or later its IRS. |

ok then yes i have IRS ....i found a cable for the frt end yesterday now im just going to look for a stand alone on ebay and hope it fits thnx guys |

I think this would actually be easier than a chopper wheel and probably just as cheap and accurate
