This is my 1970 Sedan, named Volksy. I believe that he is in very good shape for an East Coaster. However, do you think he is solid? Most importantly, what are thetiny little brown dots on the hood in the one pic? How do I fix the rust? What should I do to make this car really have a 'wow' factor? Sorry for all the questions, I'm a newbie, Thank you so much for your time!

Damn Newbies, just kidding as i was a newbie once. Rust is bad in any form from the small brown spots to the holes that it has caused. The open holes are usually fixed by cutting them out and replacing the metal. It looks as though someone has painted over some rust and now it is coming back through the paint. Those areas need to be addressed before they become worse. _________________ This is my 23rd year in the Auto Body/Paint Game!
