Slammed Panel Fest

Ok so every other ride seems to have a "fest" of its own but I see nothing for panels....Lets give panels the love they deserve.
Bays and Splits bring em!

Please forgive me if there is one but I didnt see it.

The second one I knew about but its all buses so it doesnt count....but the first one seems to be it....no wonder I couldnt find it since its so old. Thanks...
