I'll tell ya - I like the thought that you put into this - lots of nice details, but honestly, your paint scheme is what really made it work for me. Love the car!

car is beautiful and really inspires me to get to work on my car !

not sure if i missed it or not , but are those pop rivets in the trim holes ?

looks badass and have actually been considering the same kind of idea on my super .

Wow guys this thread still has life. Thanks for the compliments. I have done just a few small things to it since I last posted, service type items nothing for pics, but I drive it at least twice a week, and attend the local cruise-ins. It does garner a lot of attention and it is sure fun to drive. Very Happy

my god what did you do to that bug lol lol about time some one did it there way when it comes to building a rat rod or volks rod you did it your way . I realy like the engine lid . I like the way you did the streering . you get a that a boy from me . super job love it spencerfvee
