Maybe it's a sign of spings true arrival, but my 73 thing heater was working normally, I left the car with it on, came back to silence and no heat. Breaker and fuse on heater are fine, one fuse under the dash was popped. Fan does not come on, even after replacing fuse (which immediately popped again).
Could the fan have suddenly gotten stuck?

There's a troubleshooting chart
I am working from memory (18+ years since I restored my heater), but it is not as simple as a popped fuse; "if part X does not do Y to part Z then part Y does not work"
I remember marveling and how much engineering went into a unit the size of a large papaya. |
