Another one of these things followed me home..... This one will be a 50/50 on road / off road build on a budget.

Notice the nice paint job

And the deep dish chrome wheels!

Decent interior, at least to start with. I threw in a set of old jeep seats just to see.

Nice. I like the paint job.

What are your plans for it?

Patch holes
cut-n-turn
squirt tractor enamel over the camo
thrash the guts out of it

in that order

Beginning of the new look

Not bad for $35 worth of tractor paint and about 2 hours start to finish. I will have to sand out the bugs that got stuck in the paint though Twisted Evil

It is easy, I am no painter by far. But in this case anything would have been better.

Tractor paint wont win any shows but it is easy to use. Here is another one that I painted with tractor paint.

great job. i like the ease of the tractor paint. i bet if you (if you wanted) sanded it smooth and then put on a clear coat then you would have a show contender. i rattle can (Krylon) camo'd over the tractor paint on my truggy and the camo is wearing off and the tractor paint is holding strong.

what did you use to thin it to spray it? i know it asked for naptha but i had better luck with auto enamel paint reducer.
