Generally there are two ways.....

One is to host pictures off site ( Photobucket- Flickr- Image Shack or any other free hosting service ...) and supply a link to picture (in your message) ..

Two is to host picture here in GALLERY and link to it (see the Gallery button at top of screen) ....
