I have a 73 westy campmobile with a 1700cc longblock engine. Can someone send me a link of somewhere I can buy a complete rebuild kit for this engine?

Not really. Do some searching on this topic. You will not see a lot of complete rebuild kits advertised. And the ones that are, you need to be really careful about.

Jake Raby promotes the Camper Special, which could start with your case. But that is out of the reach of most of us financially. However, the reports are that it is awesome.

I would start with Tom Wilsons's book How to Rebuild Your Air Cooled VW Motor and go from there. You might end up sourcing products from several vendors, rather than a one-shot deal.

Good luck to you!

don't know if they are offering kits because of the bearing shortage right now.

good luck.

Call Todd at RIMCO in Santa Ana CA. They can do the machine work and put together a T4 kit for you depending on what you want to do. Randy in Maine or VDubTech in NY would be a good sources also for places in the NE USA that do T4 work.
