Anyone know what these drop spindles fit?

I have some Empi drop spindles and thought they were for a ball joint, disk brake setup, but just saw some websites that has them listed as a link pin drum setup. One is marked 22-2955-1L and the other is 22-2955-2R. Anybody out there with confirmation???
